about

Level Up In Sync was born from a question many highly ambitious women quietly carry:
Why does a life that looks successful still feel so exhausting to live?
Hi, I’m Natalie, the creator of Level Up In Sync.
I’ve always been drawn to understanding human behavior – how thoughts, stress, identity, and environment shape the way we live. That curiosity led me to pursue a psychology degree. But it wasn’t until after graduating, when my own life appeared to be “on track,” that I realized understanding the mind intellectually is very different from living in alignment with it.
On paper, I was doing well.
I was progressing in my career, taking on responsibility, and challenging myself. Yet beneath the surface, I felt restless, drained, and increasingly disconnected from myself. I longed for more freedom, more balance, and more space to actually feel like I was living, rather than just keeping up.
Like many women, I tried to fix the discomfort by doing more. I changed jobs. I earned more. I pushed harder. Externally, things improved. Internally, the tension intensified. The harder I worked within that structure, the clearer it became that my struggle wasn’t a lack of ambition or discipline, it was misalignment.
Eventually, I reached a point of deep exhaustion.
Mornings felt heavy. Most evenings, I came home with no energy left for my relationships, creativity, or joy. Weekends became recovery periods instead of something to look forward to. Even social plans felt overwhelming. I wasn’t living my life. I was surviving it.
That realization became the turning point.
Around that time, my partner and I began building a business outside of work with the hope of creating more freedom in the future. But what surfaced wasn’t just a desire to change careers, it was the awareness that my entire way of living needed to shift.
Not just my job.
My lifestyle.
My nervous system.
The way I related to myself.
I began turning inward and applying what I had studied through psychology, alongside research, lived experience, and honest self-observation. I started paying attention to my stress responses, energy cycles, and emotional patterns – and realizing they weren’t random. I saw how many women experience the same internal conflict in lives that demand constant productivity, consistency, and output, regardless of their physical or emotional state.
Level Up In Sync emerged from that understanding.
This space is not about rejecting ambition or success. It’s about redefining how we pursue them as women. Level Up In Sync blends psychology, self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and intentional living to support growth that is sustainable, grounded, and aligned.
I’m not here to tell women how they should live.
I’m here to offer clarity, to name the patterns many women feel but struggle to articulate, and to show that there are real psychological and physiological reasons behind burnout, disconnection, and feeling “stuck” in life, even when you are capable and motivated.
Level Up In Sync is where I break these concepts down clearly and honestly, and where I document my own journey of rebuilding a life that reflects my values, energy, and inner world. It’s a space where growth does not require self-neglect, and where discipline does not come at the cost of wellbeing.
My mission is to help women stop fighting themselves and start working with themselves. To build lives that feel intentional, grounded, and expansive, without losing themselves along the way.
So wherever you are right now (questioning, rebuilding, or quietly striving for more) you are welcome here.
This is a space for growth that feels grounded.
Ambition that feels intentional.
And becoming your best self without burning yourself out in the process.
With love,
Natalie
